At AiVerise, we are confident in the quality of every guide we publish. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to hear from you.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our products. If a guide did not deliver the value you expected, contact us and we will review your situation and find a fair resolution. We want every customer to feel good about their purchase.

Digital Downloads

Our guides are digital PDF downloads. Under UK and EU consumer digital content law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, provided the customer consented to immediate delivery at the time of purchase.

However, we go beyond what is legally required. If you feel a guide was not right for you, reach out to us within a reasonable time after purchase and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.

Free Updates

Every guide purchase includes all future updates to that guide, free of charge. If a guide is updated after your purchase, you will receive the new version automatically by email. There is no need to re-purchase.
